We are down to the last couple of pallets of our 2018 white and wanted to give you the opportunity to enjoy the delights of this wine with a little bottle age.

There is 68% Great Southern Riesling in this beauty and Riesling is built to age.

There is still plenty of fresh acidity in this wine although it is now a more complex beauty with honeyed toast notes from the Riesling. On release it was bright and fresh and great on its own. Now it is more of a complex food wine. Enjoy with a Thai Prawn curry or baked Snapper!

The wine is wonderfully fruited and inviting on the nose showing blackberry, dark plum, toasted nut, and violet notes with a hint of pepper spice. It is flavoursome and beautifully weighted on the palate with succulent fruit intensity and fleshy texture, splendidly framed by silky tannins. A blend of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, and mourvedre. At its best: now to 2026.
